5691 by anthm 10 September 2007, 16:19:32 -0400 (11 months ago) UTF-8 decoding bug caused restart of jabber connection on perfectly legal UTF-8 encoded status messages.  Thanks to Neil Stratford for hunting down the fix for this bug.
